1. Account Registration & Approval

By registering for an account on CommissionZone, you agree to provide authentic contact and traffic source information. CommissionZone reserves the right to approve, pause, or terminate any account found violating network quality standards.

2. Prohibited Traffic Methods

Publishers agree to drive only genuine human traffic. The following practices result in immediate account termination:

• Automated bot traffic, click macros, iframe stuffing, and invisible pixel loads.
• Incentivized leads on non-incent campaigns or unapproved cash-back rebates.
• Spam emails or SMS without prior TCPA-compliant express written consent.
• Brand bidding on prohibited trademark terms without advertiser authorization.

3. Payout Terms & Minimums

Commissions are calculated based on verified conversion postbacks. CommissionZone offers Flexible Payment Terms structured around verified campaign volume with a standard minimum threshold of $100. Payout methods include Wire, USDT, Wise, and PayPal.

4. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
